Scholarly Collaboration
The ABEL is currently collaborating with multiple academic and research institutions in the U.S. and around the world in the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and Singapore.
Educational Collaboration
The ABEL has had educational collaborations with several entities on UF campus including School of Dance and Theatre and Office of Planning, Design and Construction.
Administrative Collaboration
In addition to attending monthly faculty meetings at the School of Architecture, Rinker School of Construction Management, and Florida Institute for the Built Environment Resilience (FIBER), Dr. Sharston has served on multiple departmental and college level committees. For example, he has served on two successful faculty search committees for “architectural acoustics” in 2019 and “landscape architecture/FIBER” in 2021.
